5 star and fast support Hi, If you have problem with the plugin, please start a Support thread. I think plugins shouldn’t be rated before you actually use them. More than 800 people are using the plugin right now and they don’t have any problem, which shows that the plugin works and it is not standard behaviour that it causes fatal error. Now, to your problem. It is most likely the result of PHP version. Plugin requires PHP 5.4 or later. You are probably using outdated PHP 5.3, which this plugin does not support. Please upgrade your PHP version to PHP 5.4 or later. It would be kind of you if you change your rating after testing the plugin. If you have any more problems with the plugin, please post them on the Support forum, not Rating forum. I usually reply to users’ problems within couple of hours.
