The idea of this plugin is a good one…..when it works. It is easy enough to set up a download to attract new subscribers, and the pop-ups and static forms look good. However, I have had issues getting this to work consistently. One minute it works great, then the next I get emails from subscribers wondering where their download is (the link takes them to the home page). Not a way to build a subscriber base! I purchased the regular license thinking that customer service would help solve any glitches, but they have been slow to respond and not very helpful. I have deactivated the plugin for now. Hello there, Thank you for your review but as we had already explained in our previous replies that it is occurring due to enabling of Link encryption feature which then checks the browser from which the subscription is made to prevent the direct link sharing. If you would have disabled that feature then it won’t have any issues that you are mentioning. Regards, WP Shuffle
