Hello! I recently discovered that childthemes created with Childify made the Plugin NextGEN Pro form imagery.com not to work. I have to create the site again, not using any childtheme – then it worked perfect. You might need to check this! Hello @edited many thanks for reporting this. I’m sorry but for some reason I haven’t get any notification of this ticket, or I may have lost it 🙁 What you describe it’s pretty weird given what this plugin does, cannot imagine why something like that might happen, but I trust you and will give a look at this.
