On the “Create a Twitter Feed” page after I verify my email, I then enter in my Twitter handle and am trying to press the “Next” button which doesn’t seem to load anything or provide any feedback. Thanks in advance! Hi @neochrome , My apologies for the issues you encountered with our plugin. There may have been a problem with your email verification. Please follow the steps below to reset your Twitter feed: Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Twitter Feed > Settings and click “Refresh” on the site key section. Switch to the Twitter Feed > Settings > Feeds tab and click “Clear All Caches” once only to avoid using up your daily cache credits. If the steps above don’t work for you, we may need to troubleshoot deeper. Please submit a support request via the form on our website, https://smashballoon.com/support/ , and include the System Info. To obtain this information, please follow the steps on this page: https://smashballoon.com/doc/how-to-get-system-info .
