Negative margin bottom not working

Hi. First of all, thank you for such amazing plugin. In my home page, my menu as -300 of margin bottom so the video in the home page is behind the menu. When i enable jetsticky and margin bottom to -300, when i start the scrool the video first goes down the menu and then it works, but i can notice the video is goind down the menu.
