Negative balance is added to the checkout cart

Good evening, how can I add the negative balance to the shopping cart? Example: I have -10 euros in my wallet, so I am in the negative. I am going to buy something for 5 euros. Then in the shopping cart before payment, 5 + 10 euros are added, totaling 10 euros, which is the purchase of the product plus putting my wallet in the positive. In reference to your query , user needs to first add balance in order to change the wallet balance to positive from negative balance and then they can use the wallet for purchase.
