supportThe “virtual” url is not working at all on my site. It displays the content of a DIFFERENT content page instead of any wishlist. These kind of virtual page urls are hardly ever working well. Consider adding a proper page with a shortcode to make the plugin a thousand times more robust.
Hi @centralplexus Thank you for your contact and sugestions. Could you tell me step by step actions you take before problem occurs? I will be appreciate if you provide me WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP and our plugin version you are use on your store. Thanks you
Hi there, yes certainly. The stack is: PHP Version: 8.3 WP Version: 6.7.2 Woo Version: Version 9.7.0 (but also occurs on Version 9.7.1) Bricks Builder (Theme) Version 1.12.2 (but also occurs on 1.12.3) I believe the Bricks team will hand out a license for developers looking to make their plugins compatible with it. But to be fair, I’ve had this problem with other plugins too. Whenever a page is not present but only virtual things tend to go “t!ts up”.
Thanks a lot. Ok, and does the problem still occur if you turn off the Bricks Builder. Can you perform such a test? Such testing on a ‘live’ shop is not the best idea. It is better to do it on a copy that you can prepare with WP Staging. It’s a free and simple plug-in – with it you will prepare a copy in a few clicks.
I haven’t tried as going without Bricks is not an option here but I will spin up a staging site later today. If there’s anything conclusive, is there a way I can send you some login data? Might be the quickest way for you to get your hands on the situation.
You cannot share access details here, only in the official plugin forum. Before doing this, could you check on a test environment that the two plugins do not conflict?
Hi @centralplexus As we haven’t got any replies, I’m marking this topic as resolved for now.
