Good morning, I have the plugin installed on a multisite but I haven’t been able to get it to work. On the main site valle.inmuebleselcominal.com the plugin status is activated, but on the other sites valle.inmuebleselcominal.com/demo its status is not connected. Can you help me please? Thank you. Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us. It might be a plugin conflict on your end that’s causing the issue. Kindly check for any conflicts and if the problem persists, please share a short video showing the steps you are taking and the issue occurring, so we can check accordingly? I created a multisite from scratch and the same thing happens. https://youtu.be/l2nbqiyN0RA Hi, It seems that the Service Worker ( sw.js ) file isn’t loading correctly on the sub-site. Could you please confirm whether you are using any security, firewall, network restriction plugin, or antivirus? I think I know what’s happening. When the install message appears and we close this button, it doesn’t appear for a while. I’ve performed another installation, and even though it says “Status: Service Worker not working,” it works. Could you please tell me how long I should wait for the install app message to appear again after closing it? Hi, When a user dismisses the install app prompt, Chrome suppresses it from showing again for a while, this can be several weeks or even months. This behavior is controlled by the browser itself and is not something we can override from the plugin or site level. Try using Add to home , a different browser or a separate Chrome profile . Try this and let us know if you need any other help. This reply was modified 1 year ago by Akshay A . Yes, but the plugin displays a popup before showing the actual installation option. I mean, that popup is controlled by the plugin and once it’s closed it stops appearing. I don’t know for how long. There are even some plugins in which you can configure the time it will reappear once it’s closed. Hi, Please try clearing your site and browser cache, then check again. If it still doesn’t work, let us know. Hello, I have done what you indicated and it is still the same. Hi, could you please confirm if you’re still facing the same issue? If yes, kindly share the correct URL where you need assistance, as the previous one isn’t opening.
