multiple warnings (many) – PHP

I screenshotted the image of the query monitor notification about errors, as there are many of them that seem to be appearing, and they largely look the same (all from Jotform feedback plugin), and very much the same but with array warnings. Any idea what might be causing this, if you need to fix it, if I do, if this is totally idiosyncratic, or… I’m using PHP 8 and not sure if this needs any of the other Jotform plugins, but this is the first I have installed and will probably deinstall if it is something to do with my site configuration – but checking first. thanks The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
