supportHello, i was looking for a solution to have mulitilist subscription at checkout. I tried your extension, It shows multilists at checkout so I translate it integraly and when I tested it, it doesn’t work. It doesn’t send optin-email and customers email doesn’t appear in back office. I don’t understand. Here is my configuration : Wordpress : 5.5 Woocommerce : 4.4.1 Mailpoet 3 Mailpoet 3 Premium Custom theme Please, any help is really appreciated. All the best. Hi again, I just made a test on a new “light” website Wordpress : 5.5 Woocommerce : 4.4.1 Mailpoet 3 Mailpoet 3 Premium Storefront theme Only this, and it’s the same it doesn’t work. Do I need the pro version of the extension with Mailpoet 3 Premium ? Keep me in touch. Best. Pierre

Hello @abdultikweb , Thank you for coming back to me, I really appreciate. I’ve installed the update on my test website (the one with storefront) and it seems it doesn’t work. Customer email adress appear but as unsubscribed and I didn’t receive email confirmation (double opt-in). Maybe I need to reset settings ? If you have an idea, let me know. All the best. Pierre
