Moving Reply Link

Hi, first let me say that I absolutely love this plugin; nested threads is something I’ve never really explored in my own forums before, so this is a refreshing change of pace from flat threads. The issue I’m trying to figure out is simply that I want to move the Reply link from just below the individual post to being inside of the same div containing the post itself. I know the code for the Reply link is inside of ucc-btr-callbacks.php (around line 93, if what I’m referring to isn’t clear =\), and it would be easy enough to edit it to achieve what I want, but when/if the plugin is updated, my understanding is that this change would just be overwritten. So is it possible to move this file to my theme so the theme’s specific copy of the file would be used, not the one in the plugin’s /includes/ folder? Barring that, is there another way I could go about doing this without needing to edit that specific file at all? I have been unable to find where exactly the reply’s html is being called to in the templates file, so it seems like this is the only real way to pull off what I’m trying to do. Apologies if I’m not clear; I realize there’s a very good chance I’m rambling, so I’ll happily clarify if needed.
