Hi, I love your plugin and I would like to use it on my episodes pages too. Unfortunately, the modal / pop-up button does not work: https://newprocesslab.com/podcast-button-test/ Any ideas? I have already tried to deactivate all plugins, but it still doesn’t work. Thank you very much! Best regards Mirko This topic was modified 3 years, 11 months ago by mirkokloppenburg . The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi Mirko, Thanks for using our plugin and for reaching out! The popup button should definitely work. Could you please try to disable all other plugins and see if that makes any difference? This sounds like a plugin conflict. Thank you for the quick reply. I tried to disable all plug-ins, but the button still didn’t work. Maybe it is a problem with the Mesmerize Pro Theme? Huh, that’s odd. You can try temporarily switching the theme to any of the default WordPress themes and see if that helps. Also, if you have any type of caching/minification/optimization applied automatically by your hosting provider, try disabling that as well. Let me know how that goes! Yes, the theme is the problem. I switched to “Twenty Twenty-Two” and the button works… Hm, any ideas what I can tell the Mesmerize guys to fix the problem? Hmm yeah so you can probably consult with the theme developer. I would assume they have some kind of conflict with the JS we use in our plugin. You can send them the plugin information, we’re using this jQuery plugin for the modal – https://github.com/kylefox/jquery-modal – and some very basic code to launch it on click.
