Hello, When I activate your plugin I have a problem with the mobile menu not showing correctly. It is similar to this issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/mobile-menu-not-showing-24/ . My menu looks like the one on picture in the thread: https://beebelleskincare.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Captura-de-Pantalla-2022-01-03-a-las-10.32.31.png . When clicked on the mobile menu, a gap appears in the menu from the left side. How can I fix this? Hello Baksm, Thanks for reaching out to us. Generally, this type of issue might come based on the theme layout that you are using. There is a JS file for the mobile size that might be called different that change some design on the menu. If there is any error or console log then please share it here to troubleshoot your query in detail. Also, if you share your site URL then we will be looking into that in detail if that helps to resolve your query. Best Regards, Hitendra & Dotstore Team Hello Hitendra, I haven’t changed the design of the menu. I just added the plugin and saw this problem, but when I deactivate it the problem dissapears. Hello Baksm, Thanks for your feedback. Okay, that might be a conflict issue with your theme or another plugin. Can you please share the error log or console log if any? If you share the system log here that helps us to reproduce your query on our local server and we will get back to you. Best Regards, Hitendra & Dotstore Team Hello Hitendra, I tried disabling other plugins, but I still get the same result. I also checked the logs and saw nothing that could indicate this problem, it is probably some CSS. Hello Baksm, Thanks for your feedback. Yes, it might be a possibility that the issue is related to CSS or JS. We have reviewed your site and checked the responsive menu and it’s working fine right now. Click here to review the screenshot. Have you made any changes to that? Best Regards, Hitendra & Dotstore Team Hello Hitandra, That is not my site, I just posted that site as an example of what it looks like on my site too This reply was modified 4 years, 1 month ago by baksm92 .
