Hi! On my site, the variations on product pages disappeared after I updated to WordPress 4.3 & WooCommerce 2.4.6. As you can see when you scroll down to beneath the image, the information (which is entered in the back end & which used to be displayed before the updates) under ‘Description’ & ‘Additional Information’ has disappeared: http://delicate-elegance.com/product/1211-02-boys-four-piece-christening-special-occasion-outfit/ When looking for a solution, I found this post under WooCommerce support: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/24-common-issue-variations-missing-on-product-pages?replies=1 In this, it says that this problem is caused by the theme & the theme should be updated. In my WordPress dashboard, I looked under WooCommerce > System Status, and under the info about the theme on my site, it says: Name: Customizr – Child Version: 1.0 – 3.4.6 is available I assumed the problem with WooCommerce is being caused by the fact that the theme is not up-to-date, so I tried to find a way to update it but I couldn’t. I guessed this might be being caused by the Childify Me plugin, but I am just guessing! I hope I’m asking this in the right place & I’m really sorry if I’m not! I don’t have much experience in this (hence why I’m using this plugin – which, by the way, is great!) so I’m just trying to find out what’s causing the problem & how to fix it. THANK YOU so much for your help!!! Katie https://wordpress.org/plugins/childify-me/ Hello Katie, well isn’t about childify-me plugin 😉 Once the child-theme is done this plugin’s work is done. Anyway don’t worry, the solution is simple: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-241-tab-content?replies=9#post-7286601 So just disable that option and you’ll be fine 😉 Hope this helps. Oh my god, I made the whole thing so complicated in my head!! And it turns out to be so simple… 😉 Thank you so much for your fast answer – it’s all sorted now, you’re awesome 🙂 Katie Glad you solved Katie, and thanks for your appreciation 😉
