supportNot having a great experience with the new PayPal plugin, the old one just worked 🙁 The new plugin has been terrible so far. PayPal logos aren’t being displayed and I can’t change the PayPal text to say we accept credit and debit cards. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
Hello @rolandxp30 I’m sorry to hear that your experience. Could you clarify which PayPal logos you are referring to? I can see that you’re using the Express Checkout experience. If you’re referring to the PayPal buttons rather than logos themselves, those can be configured here: https://lemonsoul.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout§ion=ppcp-gateway&panel=styling Under the relevant section, choose the Express Checkout location and make sure that “Enable payment methods” is enabled for that location. If you mean different logos, please let me know exactly where you expect them to appear. Regarding the text, I’m a bit confused about which specific text you would like to change to mention credit and debit cards. Could you provide a screenshot or point me to the exact location where the text is displayed? Also, please share your WooCommerce System Status Report so I can review your PayPal configuration: Go to WooCommerce → Status . Click Get system report and then Copy for support . Paste the report into http://privatebin.syde.com/ . Share the generated link here. One possibility is that your account is configured in a branded-only setup. If Advanced Card Processing is available and enabled on the account, additional payment options may become available, but I would need to review the system report to confirm your current setup. Kind Regards Krystian

Hi Krystian, Good morning and thank you for your quick response. The logos are not displaying on the main checkout page. https://lemonsoul.com/checkout/ It appears to be displaying the holding text for the graphics but not the actual graphics. I’ve tried re-installing the plugin and updating WordPress but it’s doing the same thing. PayPal graphics display everywhere I don’t want them but not in the most important place on that final checkout page. I’ve checked my CSS and I’m not blocking these from showing. I hope you can help… Thanks in advance, kind regards Brian
Hello @rolandxp30 , Thank you for the clarification. Could you please go to the following page: https://lemonsoul.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout§ion=ppcp-gateway&panel=payment-methods Then click the gear icon next to the PayPal payment method. There should be an option called “Show logo” . Please try enabling it, save the settings, and then check whether the logos appear on the checkout page. Be sure to click the Save button after making any changes, and later also the Save button in the top right corner. Please let us know the outcome, and we’ll continue from there if needed. Kind Regards Krystian
Hi Krystian, Thank you, I think that’s sorted it! 🙂 Kind regards Brian
