Does this release support MFA? MFA was recently enabled for the user used for authorization. This broke communication to AD and Exchange. Disabling MFA for that user temporarily resolves the issue. Is there a solution to this? Hi @jt90 I am not aware that – if MFA is enabled for an account – mail authorization is not possible. However, if you have authorized the website to send emails using a specific account and then enable MFA, it may well be that you need to re-authenticate (because this action may invalidate existing access and refresh tokens). After that, I believe things should again work expected. PS Did you notice that we now recommend that you switch to using the WPO365 | MICROSOFT GRAPH MAILER plugin?
