Hello, Facebook informs me that my Pixel is missing some key parameters, in particular the FB Click ID. However, the “ Additional user information” parameter is activated in my Pixel Cat administration panel. What should I do to correct this? Best regards. Hi Jmterrel, Thanks for your message. You can use the Test events feature from Meta events manager to test this. Keep in mind that only traffic from Facebook will carry an FB click ID. If you have traffic from somewhere else, the click ID won’t be there on the event. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to let us know. All the best.

Hi Jmterrel, Thanks for your message. You can use the Test events feature from Meta events manager to test this. Keep in mind that only traffic from Facebook will carry an FB click ID.
