Media.net unoptimisable

Hi There, I have been trying to use this plugin to add my Ads.txt from media.net. Even though I have added all the ads.txt in the correct format it seems that media.net cannot register it. Unfortunately this means i’m losing income.. Can I please have some support on this? It could also be a conflict with a security-related plugin as we’ve seen where the ads.txt file gets blocked by security plugins. And it could also be an issue with a caching plugin caching an older version of the ads.txt file. Can you check for other installed plugins and see if you have a security or caching plugin installed? Yes the plugins for security and caching I use are: – auto-optimise – Breeze – Sucuri Security Do you suggest to deactivate each one in turn and see if that has an effect? @jeffpaul I have checked previous revisions and it seems only the google text is showing up when I check. @jeffpaul I have also deactivated the listed plugins to see if that worked but no change. Yes as far as I am aware the server does have an ads.txt file. https://snipboard.io/Xl0jg9.jpg @chrismenning1990 your screenshot shows 16 revisions to the ads.txt file and it appears the latest version includes 9 records though the publicly available ads.txt file only shows the google.com record. Are you able to check the root directory of your webserver to see if an ads.txt file already exists there? Also can you confirm that rewrites are enabled, that your site URL does not contain a path, and whether you’re set up as a single instance or a WordPress multisite? @jeffpaul unfortunately I don’t have access to the root directory. how do I check if rewrites are available? I think the wordpress is set up as a single instance. We’ve seen similar security plugins deny access to all txt files and changing that setting allowed Ads.txt Manager to function as expected.
