Media Library display error

Today I activated and removed this plugin (Meks Video Importer). Then the media library page stopped opening. The error locked the server. By chance; I disabled another plugin (Quick Featured Images) and tried again, the media library page started to open again. While searching where the error might be, I noticed that if the following setting is checked, it gives an error in “Quick Featured Images” plugin . I am writing to inform other people and plugin authors who will encounter this error. The problem was solved by disabling it with the following setting in “Quick Featured Images” plugin: “Display a new column in the media library with the titles of the posts for which the corresponding image is set as featured image” In fact, the settings of the “Quick Featured Images” plugin were the same before installing the “Meks Video Importer” plugin. There was no problem. However, after installing and removing the “Meks Video Importer” plugin, I encountered such an error. Good work everyone
