Market Engine threw errors, plugin won’t activate

Hi guys, I really like the look of this plugin, disappointed I couldnt get it to work. Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Warning: require_once(C:\xampp\htdocs\romaines\wp-content\plugins\marketengine/includes/resolution/index.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\romaines\wp-content\plugins\marketengine\marketengine.php on line 149 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘C:\xampp\htdocs\romaines\wp-content\plugins\marketengine/includes/resolution/index.php’ (include_path=’C:\xampp\php\PEAR’) in C:\xampp\htdocs\romaines\wp-content\plugins\marketengine\marketengine.php on line 149 As a means of troubleshooting I deactivated all other plugins and got the same error. I also tried a default theme – twenty sixteen and no different. Any suggestions guys? Happy to pay for a pro version or something thats being supported?
