We’re getting multiple new subscription emails that the same person has signed up. The email address is confirmed, but each new confirmation seems to be from a different IP address. Shouldn’t this stop once the email address has been confirmed? Hello, if you have the “Subcription of existing subscribers” option set to “Allow” (under “When confirmed”), already confirmed subscribers can subscribe again, hence triggering the notification emails. Try to set that option to “Not allowed”. It’s already set to Not Allowed. Hello, a couple of questions, just to be sure: 1. Are you getting notifications about the same email address? 2. Does this happen with a single subscriber? Michael It’s the same email address. We’ve had it happen before with different subscribers – normally it’s 2 or 3 notifications, but this time we got 10 or more. Hello @henrybaum , this shouldn’t happening, of course. Let me talk with our devs and I’ll get back to you real quick. Michael Hello @henrybaum , Are you running a multilanguage website? If so, be sure to set “All languages” when editing subscription settings. Are you using Autoresponder addon? Thanks, Michael
