HI Muneeb, FYI – I think perhaps some weird linking from someone elses maintdenance mode plugin is happening. I have a maintenance mode plugin: Version 5.4 | By Michael Wöhrer which otherwise links to http://sw-guide.de/wordpress/plugins/maintenance-mode/ when I click on view details from the plugin page to try report a problem (spam registrations while in maintenance mode), then I find that I see your plugins details. The links from http://sw-guide.de/wordpress/plugins/maintenance-mode/ to the wordpress pages are broken, so perhaps the original plugin is no more and somehow wp is matching up your plugin.
