I just upgraded to WP 7.0. Mailpoet no longer works. When I click on any of the Mailpoet pages, the screen is completely blank. The only thing that displays is the “Thank you for using Mailpoet. Give feedback” at the bottom of the page. Otherwise, the page is completely blank. I tried the following troubleshooting steps: cleared cache. Installed the Health Check plug in. Disabled all plugins. Enabled Mailpoet. Still have the same issue. I really love this plugin and I need to send my newseltter! Thank you. Leah Cutter The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] I just discovered that this isn’t a WP 7.0 issue. I went to another of my websites and discovered the same thing was happening. Oh! And I just got the following error: An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template (“Call to undefined function Automattic\WooCommerce\Utilities\wc_get_container()”). Now, this is happening while I”m running the Health Check, and all the other plugins are currently disabled. So I don’t know if this is actually an issue or not. And it went away as soon as I enabled WooCommerce. So I feel as though I’m back at the start, with MailPoet not working on two different sites. One uses Woocommerce. The other doesn’t. They’re on different themes. I have a third site that also uses Mailpoet and it’s working great. Hi @lrcutter , from the error message you shared, it looks like MailPoet is trying to call WooCommerce functions, when WooCommerce is not present, or fully loaded yet. While I can’t replicate this locally, I added a small fix which should prevent this from happening. This will be included in tomorrow’s 5.28.0 release. I figured out the issue. It was a me thing, not a you thing. Turns out that the ad blocker that I had as an extension to Safari was blocking all of Mailpoet.
