supportHi, is there anything special we should know about the logo / logo size? I thought this worked already in the past but maybe some WordPress update had an impact (not sure though). I can’t resize the image at all on several sites. Seems the image format does not matter – SVG, PNG, JPG Can you test if this works for you please? best regards Markus
@markussss Are you setting both the width and the height of the logo in White Label?
I can change whatever I want for height / width. I can set only height, only width, or both. There is no change whatsoever. As this happens on all sites, I thought it must be a general issue and should probably be easy to reproduce. Unless you say there are some specific rules about the image (but I think I tested all image formats)
@markussss The only rule is you have to set the width and the height together. There shouldn’t be an issue with image types but I can test that out some. Can you email the file you are trying to use? support@linksoftwarellc.com
Sure, I’ll send you an email with the image and links to some sites. Thanks
I run some more tests now – it seems that the requirements are: PNG or JPG Add width AND height mandatory in pixel → most of the time it works without distortion, I think the size is actually not applied as width and height, but as max-width and max-height I think It seems there are problems when the file is an SVG or converted WebP format. Those can’t be resized or are distorted → the latter with WebP is a bit problematic, as plugins convert all images automatically
