We have created and setup the plugin to work with our WildApricot site and a Word Press page but now we having issues with Chrome, Edge, and Safari no loading the users data when they Click the login button. I am having the same problem. The login button is totally useless and WA won’t respond to support requests and doesnt look like they are monitoring this forum. +1 for this. I had the plugin setup and working properly on 2 different websites for over a year but they both recently stopped working. Some browsers (Chrome) don’t work at all… the login form just redirects back to my site login page and continues to show the login button. Other browsers (Firefox) appear to log the user into Wild Apricot and show the profile information but the rest of my integrations don’t work. It looks to me like the WA Plugin is no longer properly logging users into WordPress like it used to so any customizations that check for authenticated users or the WA user roles are now broken. I’ve contacted WA but so far they haven’t been helpful at all. Same! Login plugin not currently working. I just submitted a support ticket and it’s helpful to see that people have been waiting on this for months. I’m going to try the devs at NewPath Consulting. Actually, I wanted to follow up on this. The issue I had with the error was related to my not having set up the API settings correctly in WA. Specifically, I had entered only the live site domain and didn’t include the staging site domain in the WA API settings. After fixing this, it resolves and works.
