My links do not appear in the “all links” area of the dashboard unless I select a category. If the “view all categories” is selected then there are no links found. I did have some custom categories but they have since been deleted and that didn’t resolve it. I have now gone and removed all the links hoping the link manager would be removed but it wasn’t. Im in a multi site install https://wordpress.org/plugins/link-manager/ This was never a “link-manager” issue, but I finally resolved this a few weeks ago. It was another plugin that did it. Removed the plugin and links are back to normal. For anyone interested, it was this plug-in: https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-category-excluder/
