supportI can’t tell if it was this latest plugin update, or the WP 6.4 update that caused, but this plugin is causing a critical error. I had the same problem and it’s definitely 2.2.6 of this plugin. I’m still on WordPress 6.3 and updating Simple Feature Requests broke my site with the same critical error, too.

Hey all. I am on the Mindsize team, the new maintainers of this plugin. I am looking into this now.
I pushed out version 2.2.6.1. It has the missing file in it. It was sitting in local svn but did not push itself up with the new version. Yikes! Apologies for the inconvenience.
