The company name has to be the username so that when the shortcode is used to list all companies who have a job listing it lists the users in the wp database. This conflicts with wp-client which is a invoicing plugin i use. when i view the list of companies that have a job listing and click a company name it takes me to the wp-client page. Its not clear where the link should go. there are no settings so no way to change any of this.
