supportI would appreciate it someone can recommend a solution to the problem I have with the Jetpack CRM. I’ve successfully created and downloaded a few invoices before, however the PDF downloading option suddenly stopped working as it should. When I try to download new invoices, they no longer show any values, logo, etc. I see someone posted about the same problem 2 years ago but it got fixed eventually when the plug-in was updated to a newer version. Does this mean I should also wait?
Hi there, @menziwa , I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out. There may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems. Let’s go through the following troubleshooting steps to check for that: Verify that all plugins are fully updated to the latest versions. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack CRM and its extensions (if you have any) to see if there’s a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem. Check if the issue happens when you try downloading the PDF from the WP Admin, Client Portal, and email (as an attachment). Clear your browser cache and cookies. Try a different browser. Check the PHP error logs on your web host server for any relevant errors. If you’re not sure how to check those logs, your web host can help you with that. Check for JavaScript errors. If you’re not sure how to do that, you can follow this guide: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis Hope that’s all clear! Let me know what you find out, and we’ll take it from there if necessary. Thanks!
Hello @menziwa , Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
