Hello, My website has started loading with all the formatting stripped (just as HTML) – it loads correctly initially and then reverts. I have traced the issue back to Jetpack Boost (which had just auto-updated) and when I disabled the plugin the website started working again. I’ve seen other recommendations on this forum to disable the customisations and re-enable them one by one, but I’m not able to disable any of the customisations – the toggle just won’t move. At the top of the Jetpack Boost page I’m getting the following error: Failed to load Speed Scores HTTP 404 error received while communicating with the server. Failed to load performance history DS request failed: 404{ “name”: “DataSyncError”, “errorData”: { “namespace”: “jetpack_boost_ds”, “key”: “performance_history”, “endpoint”: “performance-history”, “method”: “GET”, “location”: “ https://theclockworks.org/wp-json/jetpack-boost-ds/performance-history” ;, “status”: “response_not_ok”, “data”: {} } } I’m using the Blocksy theme. Thanks The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] If you haven’t already could you try flushing your rewrite cache? The easiest way to do this is to head to Settings > Permalinks and hit Save (you don’t need to make any changes to settings on that page). With what you describe here that step often resolves things. If Boost is still not working after that please do let me know! Hi there, @clockworkscio , Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
