Hello, I am using this plugin to stop duplicate submission, in forminator form plugin and it not working, what should I do. Do you have acces to an error_log? Also, a list with your active plugin will be helpfull for me in order to recreate the problem. Any other information about your problem will be helpfull. Nia No reply from you. my issue is not solved list of plugins Blog Designer Pack , Classic Editor , Clear Cache For Me , Elementor , Please confirm that you checked the unique field from the Duplicate Killer menu as per image below: https://imgur.com/BHLharC Please note that only below fields are supported: Name, Phone, Email and TextField Do not forget to update wordpress core and plugins to the last version. Do you see any error? Do you have acces to an error_log? Please provide more details in order to receive assistance. i ticked all 3,its still same Please follow the next steps: Try to deactivate&uninstall the plugin and install again. 2. Also, can you try with another forminator form, just for the example? Create another Form and check the box into the Duplicate Killer menu just the email. Let me know the result. Is very difficult to identify the issue because you can’t provide an error log. Thank you.
