supportI have a multisite wordpress installation.. A client wrote to me that the contact module did not work, I tested another website from the same multi-site wp installation and worked. I tried to replicate the same settings on the broken site but it did not work. Then I inadvertently changed something on the working subset and now nothing works in any subsite. Can you help me? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
Hi, Via the settings page you could activate debug warnings being displayed. Can you activate that and try to submit the form? At what page is the contact form? Guido

The sum uses a PHP session to temporary store the sum value. Looks like that doesn’t work properly there. Do you have active page caching perhaps? If you do, can you exclude that page from caching? Guido
No, I don’t have any cache, I can try to run it with no other plugin installed for one website, let me try
You do use the most recent version of the plugin?
automatic updates, it was working till few weeks ago, now it does not work in any subsite
version 19.0,I try again… stuck on calc result, it asks for new number
Strange! Are you willing to give temp admin login to one of those sites, so I can investigate further? If yes, you can reach me via the form at my personal website (see profile).
Don’t know if you are able to do this, but can you test the form on a site that is not part of a multisite, on the same server?
yes I will do that later
it works on centralisation.com but the redirect page is not found so the problem is with my multisite installation I will try WordPress 7
Please also check if cookies are accepted on your server. And you have a Cookie compliance plugin installed. You could deactivate the plugin, close browser screen, and try again.
this site has very few plugins, please check it out I have removed cookie compliance plugin and also wp bruiser https://protezionispeciali.it/contatti/
It must be a server issue. I’ve looked in my browser console, the Cookie (that holds the ID of the session) is set in the browser (with name PHPSESSID), so that part works. Guess best thing to do is asking your hosting provider whether or not sessions work on the server, and if there are requirements they have to meet.
I have tried without anti-spam checksum and it says: error: hidden field error: sum
I’m out of options. Did you already ask your hosting provider about the use of PHP sessions? error: hidden field This has nothing to do with PHP sessions, this could happen when a bot is filling the hidden honeypot field (that field should be empty). Guido
I just checked it’s php 8.4 I will try another multisite installation on a separate domain and then file a complaint to them
I will reply to your mail, so I can take a look at your (test) site.
