Either it doesn’t work or I am not doing it right. There is no way to know because they won’t give you documentation/instructions unless you pay for the “premium” version. Sorry for your frustration. I wish you would have e-mailed me first and I could have assisted you. There is a basic readme file within the plugin along with basic instructions on the plugin page. I also include an example to follow when adding a new form to make it easier. I plan on updating the plugin soon and will look into implementing a documentation link.
