supportHello, I am a regular user of your quiz plugin. I have some issues i will want your technical team to look into: While creating my quiz, I separate questions into quiz pages. 1.Questions on each page are of different quantities, i.e. some pages have three questions while some two questions, some four questions, etc,so, I set 5 questions as the question per page on the setting page because the page with the maximum number of questions have five questions hoping that any quiz page with less than 5 questions will only display the number of questions therein….. but unfortunately, pages with questions less than 5 numbers displayed questions from another page to make up the 5 questions per page in the quiz setting page. How can this be corrected…for pages to display the number of questions set in that page as long as it is more that the maximum number of questions set to display on that page. 2. I wish to randomise questions within pages on my quiz and also randomise pages as well. How can I achieve this? Your quick response to these issues highlighted above will be highly appreciated. Warm regards
Hello, I hope you are doing well. Thank you for reaching out, and we truly appreciate you being a regular user of our plugin! Regarding the page issue, the “Questions per Page” setting currently overrides your manual page breaks. When set to 5, the plugin forces that exact number by pulling questions from the next page. To fix this, please navigate to your quiz settings under the ‘Options’ tab and change the ‘Questions per Page’ value to ‘ 0 ‘. This disables the automatic layout and forces the quiz to strictly respect your manual page breaks. I understand you want to cap the maximum number of questions at 5 while using the question limiting feature, but still want pages with fewer questions (like 2 or 3) to remain as they are without pulling content from other pages. Currently, this specific configuration is not possible in the plugin. However, our team is looking into this, and we will try to implement a solution for this behavior in a future update. For your randomization question, the plugin natively supports randomizing both the questions within pages and the order of the pages themselves. You can easily enable these options under the Options tab of your quiz. For your reference, you can see exactly where to configure these settings in this screencast: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CwEDgd9xO1t9xR1evujUH1R1gEGpGl6U/view?usp=sharing Please try these adjustments and let us know if you need any further assistance! Thank you for your time and cooperation. Warm regards, Pankaj
