Dear Development and Support Team, I have been using your plugin since yesterday and I am very satisfied with it. After a long day, I finished my work yesterday evening and was very pleased with the result. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the FAQs are not being displayed on mobile devices. It works perfectly on a computer, but on a mobile device, it seems as if there is simply no content on the page. I have read in other forum posts that the problem might be related to the theme. We are using U-Design (WP Premium Theme). To be sure, I tested two other themes earlier today, but unfortunately with the same result. I would be very grateful if you could assist me with this issue. Best regards from Austria, Martin The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hello @martinbquadrat , Right now there is no accordion on shared URL, please put accordion’s shortcode then share url…so we can check your issue. Thanks Hello! Thank you for your quick feedback. I was very surprised by your previous response, so I clicked on the link myself and was astonished to find that the accordions were no longer visible on my computer either. I then logged back into my WordPress page to search for the problem. I found that the accordions are visible as soon as I am logged into my page. In summary: The shortcode is definitely on the page with the given URL. Apparently, the accordions are only visible when I am logged into my page. I don’t really understand this, but I sincerely hope you have a solution for this. Regards, Martin Hello @martinbquadrat , It’s not the plugin issue. This issue regarding to your theme. May be there is some setting or confliction. You have to check it by changing theme. Thanks As I wrote: I have read in other forum posts that the problem might be related to the theme. So I already tested it with two other themes, with the same result. I dont´t want to rebuild the whole page. Please give me an other solution to fix this issue. Thanks. Hello @martinbquadrat , It’s not a plugin side issue. please check once by doing temporarily deactivate other plugins to see if there’s a conflict causing the issue…if you found a cause plugin then let me know. Thanks
