Hello, I am having issues using the “edit thumbnail” functionality in the NextGen plugin. When we click on edit thumbnail we get a Script not found error. I have attached the error here for you to look at. Please let us know what the issue is here? Thanks. CGIWrap Error: Script File Not Found! Script File Not Found! User Agent/Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2939.0 Safari/537.36 Request Method: POST Query String: id=17 Extra Path Info: /comrags/php5.cgi/blog/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/ngglegacy/admin/edit-thumbnail.php Referring Page: http://www.comrags.com/blog/wp-admin/admin.php?page=nggallery-manage-gallery&mode=edit&gid=3&_wpnonce=1a21554d84 Hi @tameemiftikhar92 , I’ve just tested NextGEN’s “edit thumbnail” functionality for you on a clean WordPress install running the latest version of NextGEN Gallery (v2.1.60) and NextGEN Gallery Optimizer (v2.1.4), and everything appears to be working as it should. I would suggest deactivating any other plugins you have running to identify potential conflicts, and as this is an issue with NextGEN Gallery itself, it would be good to let the developers know on the NextGEN Gallery support forum… https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/nextgen-gallery I hope this helps! Cheers, Mark.
