Hello, I have found around on some products an empty chart and when i checked into each product i did find that the product had price listings from before the date range set in price history plugin. I have the date range set to 3 months and products with price history older than 3 months displays the empty chart. I belive this is a bug and that chart is not supposed to show up when empty. Issue appear in both free and pro versions. Brgds Rune The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] The issue is also seen on the setting “Minimum prices to display” in which i have set to 2. If there are price history older than the date range then chart appear even if only one price to display. Brgds Rune Hi Rune, Thanks for reporting this bug and for the detailed explanation. We’ll look into it and make sure it’s fixed in the next release. Hi Rune, The new version 2.5.7 is now live, so feel free to update. If there are no recorded price changes for the selected period, the chart will now correctly show a “no data” message when range selectors are enabled. If you don’t use range selectors, and your default range has fewer entries than your “Minimum prices to display” setting, the chart simply won’t appear. Thanks again for pointing this out!
