Tarun Paliwal unresolved
Hi I am using Woocommerce with “Mix and Match Products for WooCommerce” For the normal products, abandoned cart items are added in cart properly when user is going for checkout. But if user going for checkout for a Mix and Match Product, It is removed the child product under of Parent and added them separatly in Cart. So user receive this the message on the checkout page “There are some issues with the items in your cart. Please go back to the cart page and resolve these issues before checking out.” Error on checkout https://prnt.sc/RGWwdtIrMirX Products in Cart https://prnt.sc/PWzjet9DErBi How these should be in Cart so checkout can work https://prnt.sc/XPTNQmYEUBj1 Hello @tarun-paliwal Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Currently, our plugin has not been fully tested for compatibility with the “Mix and Match Products for WooCommerce” plugin. We truly appreciate your detailed feedback and the screenshots you’ve shared — they are very helpful. We’ll work on testing and improving compatibility in future updates. As of now, I won’t be able to provide an exact ETA for this.
