walkinman unresolved
I was having all kinds of issues with our website and the senior Dev from WPEngine (host) looked at it and said this plugin was the culprit. Deactivated and the problem resolved, and he said “I noticed a high volume of requests hitting admin-ajax.php from the monsterinsights_vue_get_notifications action within the Google Analytics plugin. This traffic spike seems to be triggering rate limits, causing the intermittent 502 Cloudflare errors you’re seeing. Yep, that did the trick! The plugin was essentially stuck spamming the server backend with those notification requests. I’d recommend leaving it off for now and reaching out to the plugin developers to see if this is a known bug or if they have a hotfix/update available to stop it from looping like that. “ Is this something that’s an issue? Thanks Hi @walkinman , I’m sorry for any trouble caused but appreciate you bringing this to our attention! I’ve forwarded this to our development team to look into the notifications requests looping the way you’ve described, and I’ll share another update once I have it. Thank you!
