Is anyone successfully using this plugin????

I am trying desperately to get this plugin to work but I have had nothing but problems. Our reviews aren’t showing and I’ve now been told I need to edit the code for the plugin to make it work. This seems a bit drastic and I said I felt that the plugin isn’t working. Feefo have told me that they have hundreds of happy customers using woocommerce and feefo plugin, but I have yet to see a single site where people have got it working??! And just keep seeing bad reviews, and the few support requests on here being met with crickets!!! All I’m asking for is a little hope that I will eventually get it to work if I persevere!!!
