Backup gets stuck at “Archiving SQL dump…” https://wordpress.org/plugins/cyan-backup/ This is usually due to the host provider terminating the script before it’s done. Check the script timeout and memory limit on your hosting provider. Is there a config file I can look at with these values in it? Otherwise I’ll have to call my host support. BTW: What is a good rule of thumb for these values? Since you’re getting through the file backup, they probably don’t need to be increased much. There’s no real rule of thumb on them as it’s highly depending on the size of the site (both files and SQL data). Different hosting providers have different methods of setting these, normally they are in php.ini, but contacting your hosting provider is the best way to make sure you get the right spot.
