I need assistance with integrating D365 with WordPress Website I used the AlexaCRM plugin but when I click on connect it does not connect it refers me to check the region/deployment type/username and all these are correct my region is CRM14 so I am not sure if the issue is the compatibility with the region or what. Please assist. @prospenafrica This plugin requires explicit knowledge of the regions and it’s one of the newer ones (South Africa, right?). We may get around to updating the list but I strongly recommend using our v.Next Dataverse plugin . It has more functionality and less restrictions than the existing Dynamics 365 plugin, more premium addons, is much faster with smaller memory footprint, and is better all around! Thank you for your response, I am following the steps in the documentation and I created the app user on the Dataverse, but now I got confused on this part of adding the app user on WordPress. The issue is that the details on the Dataverse are different from the details required when I click on add user on WordPress. Please assist. @prospenafrica app id and secret that you get in Entra ID (and used to create an app user in Dataverse) are used in the plugin admin UI on the Connection tab. They are not used as WordPress user/secret. See Getting Started – Connection . I am talking about the part that says “Add your app user into the WordPress Site Password profile. Click Users and add the application user, which you created previously. In the Field Permissions section you can manage access to different fields.” Ah, here we’re talking about WordPress user with application password in place. We use that to communicate from Dataverse to WordPress. Latest build allows to do that automatically. Use Register button on Connect tab that is visible once the plugin connected to Dataverse. We add a generated password to your user account. I managed to connect WordPress with the D365 Environment now I need assistance with the Gutenberg block “Dataverse Plain” do I add it as a plug in? or is it already embeded with the Dataverse plugin Dataverse Twig, Twig Plain, Dataverse Form – these blocks are already included. Where do I get the blocks? because when I go to the Dataverse integration it only shows the connection and status page it does not take me to the twig templates. The blocks are already installed. They are available to insert into the content when you edit a page or a post. This reply was modified 2 years, 1 month ago by alexacrm . So the page do I edit it with elementor which editor should I use for it? We have premium Elementor add on – check addons menu. And check documentation at https://docs.alexacrm.com/integration-cds
