The date picker and calendar fields don’t work when placed in the Order Notes section of the checkout page. Under General Settings -> Appearance -> Field placement on the Checkout page I have the option to choose where to place the inputs. They work in every option (billing, shipping, Between Your Order & Payment Section) but not Before or After Order Notes which is where I want to place them. When placed here, the inputs display, but I can’t interact with them – the datepicker doesnt appear and the time slot selector is disabled. I dont see any errors. But when I compare the elements, when placed in the Order Notes section, the datepicker is missing a class (hasDatepicker) that does appear on the element when its in another section like billing. Hi @manageduser thank you for reaching out. Can you confirm if you’re using the classic or block checkout? Can you confirm if you’re using the latest version of our plugin, the WooCommerce plugin, and the latest version of WordPress? If possible, I’ll need you to share the affected page. Hi, thanks for getting back to me. WP, WooCommerce and your plugin are up to date. I believe it would be block checkout. The Divi theme builder was used to create the page. The site is: https://purplelips.biz/shop/ Can you confirm if you’re able to recreate the issue if you switch the checkout page to classic? Yes I tested using short code for the checkout out page component and the issue still exists. @manageduser the delivery calendar is currently on the billing form and not above the order notes. Is there a way I can email you any screenshots of what things look like when the calendar is placed in the order notes? This is a client’s active site, so I don’t want to leave the calendar in order notes for an extended period of time when it is broken. @manageduser you can use this tool to take and share the screenshots. Here is the link for the screenshot: https://managepoint.ca/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/order-delivery-date.png The format for the date isn’t the same format as when the input is in the billing section and both the date and time inputs can’t be selected. @manageduser thanks for sharing the screenshot. I still wasn’t able to recreate the issue you mentioned, which points to the fact that this might be a plugin or theme conflict. To get to the root of this, I’ll need you to follow the below steps to identify the conflicting plugin/theme, so that will help us to find the root cause of the issue. 1. Deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and the Order Delivery Date Lite Plugin for WooCommerce. 2. Please check if the issue is fixed. 3. If yes, then you can start activating the plugins one by one and see which plugin is conflicting with our Order Delivery Date plugin. 4. If not, then can you please switch to the default WordPress theme and see if it helps fix the issue? I hope this helps.
