Incorrect link

Hi, The plugin is great, except it’s showing incorrect links to the documents, in frontend AND backend (admin). Instead of showing http://www.domain.com/wp-content/uploads/document.pdf it shows http://www.domain.com/home/username/domains/domain.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/document.pdf but that last link doesn’t open or download the document, it gives a 404 error. If I correct the URL in the browser than the document opens in the browser, so the document is there, but the link the plugin creates is not correct.
