The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hello @ Diego4, Greetings from ELEXtensions! We’re unable to replicate the same scenario on our end. It appears that there might be a compatibility conflict between the theme and/or other plugins, leading to the reported issue. To troubleshoot this, we suggest conducting a theme and plugin compatibility test on your site. Deactivate all plugins, except ours and WooCommerce, and switch to the default WooCommerce theme. Check if the issue persists under these conditions. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Hello, I was having the same issue earlier on, until I realized that the discount applied actually takes into account the tax as well, even if the prices are set to include tax in WC settings. So in my case, even if the total value of products is 20 and the discount is set to 5%, it kept deducting 1,24 instead of 1,00… Because it actually discounts 5% from 24,80 (20 + 24% VAT in my occasion). Hope you guys can fix this or add an option to include tax or not. Thanks Hello phantomas88 (@phantomas88), Thank you for reaching out. In response to your concern, we have made an effort to replicate the scenario on our test site. Specifically, we configured a 5% discount rule for bank transfers, applied to a product with a $20 price. As anticipated, the discount applied at checkout was $1, taking into account the tax configuration in WooCommerce where the price includes tax. It appears there may be additional tax rules on your site impacting product prices. To assist you further, kindly confirm that you are using the latest versions of WooCommerce and the plugin. If the issue persists, providing a video reference or additional information about the tax rules on your website would be beneficial. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
