Hello, This extension does not work for me. Is it incompatible with Divi? Hey @jessica6891, Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I am happy to help out here. 🙂 We don’t currently know of any compatibility issues with the Divi theme but I’m happy to help troubleshoot the issues you’re experiencing. Would you mind please sharing any specific error messages you are encountering when attempting to connect your Facebook account to your site? Thanks, Tamara 🙂 SkyVerge Thank you for your response. I am trying to modify the text of the products in restocking by modifying the “backorder text” on the plugin but that does not change anything, I continue to have the default text. I had the same problem to modify the display of the products which were on 3 columns and I wanted to put them on 4 columns but nothing changed. I ended up putting a code on it. Hey @jessica6891 , My sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you! I’ve tested both of these in a default theme and they seem to be working as intended. As such, I suspect that the Divi theme is removing or not using some of the WooCommerce core filters that allow a plugin like ours to change the default behavior. It sounds like you got up and running with some custom code. That’s great news! Is there anything else I can help you with at the current time? Thanks, Tamara Thank you for your reply. Indeed I was able to find a code for displaying products on 4 columns so that’s good but I don’t know where to change the text “available on order” and the extension would have been useful in this case , but I understand that Divi may indeed block some of the filters. Thank you 🙂 Hey @jessica6891 , I’m glad I could help! I would recommend reaching out to the support team at Elegant Themes to get some help regarding this text. If their team isn’t able to assist with this, I would recommend trying out the Say what? plugin as an alternative to replace this text as. I hope that’s helpful! Cheers, Tamara 🙂 D’accord je vais faire ça, merci beaucoup ! Il n’y a pas de quoi, c’était mon plaisir. Merci et bien à vous!
