Be very careful, after using this plugin, all my images are gone. Even their restore images option didn’t work. I am faced now with a lot of work in order to replace all the images again and a webshop that is closed for at least a full day. This is very bad! Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve experienced. This situation sounds very unusual — we’ve never encountered a similar issue before, and reSmush.it is designed to work safely without removing images. In many cases like this, the issue may be due to a conflict with another plugin or a caching problem that makes it appear as though the images are missing when they’re not. It’s a real shame that you didn’t reach out to us via a support thread before leaving the review. We’re always happy to help and investigate issues further, but without more information about your setup, we’re limited in what we can do from here. Please feel free to open a support thread — we’re here to assist and would really like the chance to help you get this resolved. Best regards,
