i need a refund …

Hi I purchased this plugin a month ago ,and it all started good the you tube feeds worked fine, then i tried facebook no go did all requirements ‘Facebook App ID’ and get your own ‘Consumer Secret key still no go,,, I asked for support got it but they requested info to my site including sign in pass ftp passwords , im not comfortable with that so Skype was another option,,, tried that few times as its 1:30am in the morning here before they start work in India called no answer , I should have support during the late evening at best seeing i paid for the plugin support only mon to fri. There is a user manual but no tutorial or vid not that i can find , I then tried to connect to ticktock looked simple enough no go its not in the list of available options, I am not sure if ticktock has changes to its API or not , so i then tried sound cloud that was easy enough and i came to a page saying they were making changes to their api and would not be issuing any new tokens so its clear its not working ,requested refund maybe waiting for refund time to run out i dont know but I am not pleased.. At least i should receive support on my time zone ,,,,this is not what i expected.. see what the future holds..maybe its needs update hasn’t been one for awhile.(I am using word press and buddy press with buddy x theme and i have no other social plugins installed )
