supportI was about to buy this from the original website, but then i had a feeling that i should try it first, so i bought it from a 3rd party website. and the results were very disappointing! – Unexpected errors when the webinar set to auto – Webinarpress is not mobile friendly and actually all attendees are using mobile nowadays – Zoom meetings is actually showing everything, it is like someone using zoom on another page and he can access the mic, so what is the point? i can buy zoom webinar licenses and save this hassle! – in Zoom the “join button” is not shown in mobile phones! overall my experience was very bad. and i thank god that i only paid less money instead of paying that amount and get nothing in return. i’m very disappointed.
Hi there, I’m sorry you ran into problems. Buying a plugin from a third party site is not recommended for any WordPress plugins and could explain the problems that you experienced. Perhaps it was a very old version or it might have been modified and broken in some way, we have no way of knowing what might have caused the problem. I’d suggest you only use the official versions of the plugin which include official support – that way we can resolve any issues you might run into, including fixing genuine issues with the plugin.
This is not the right words to reply a message like this! And I’ve tried the free versions and all the issues are there as well. and it is not my fault that you’re dealing with third party, then you asking me not to buy from them. i know and you know as well that this is legal. However, I uninstalled this plugin and i’m looking for true one. yours is full of bugs, fix it first before ask people to buy it.
Ahmed, the third party site you are referring to is selling the plugin without any support and possibly with damaging changes We are not responsible for bugs in software that you purchase form someone else because we have no control over their code. If you find issues with that we do manage, either the free version here or the pro version from our website then we will do whatever we can to resolve them.
