supportHi! I deactivated the plugin, clicked Delete, and after that I see the Delete status… and nothing happens. How do I remove the plugin?
Hi Vox, Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like there is a file permission issue with your site possibly. To delete the files entirely, you can SSH/FTP into your site and delete the When Last Login folder manually. This can be found under wp-content/plugins folder of your WordPress install. Then you may find the When Last Login folder and delete it. I hope this helps.
Thank you! Tell me, please, will the records in the database be deleted too?
If you delete the plugin via the server folder/FTP method. This won’t trigger any database record cleanup. What you could do is activate the plugin again, run the clean all records script from the settings. Then deactivate When Last Login and delete the folder manually to clean up the records. I hope this helps.
